HomeENTERTAINMENTCoventryCoventry Cathedral Christmas Concert in Aid of NSPCC December 16, 2017 Coventry, GENERAL Coventry Cathedral has put on a Christmas Concert in aid of NSPCC for the past three years. However, this year is that little bit more special because they have planned two shows, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. With a huge amount of people coming last year, it was clear to the organisers that two shows would benefit greatly. The Coventry Cathedral Chorus will be performing on Saturday 16 December, led by Paul Leddington Wright. The tickets cost £15 per person but discounts are available for students. The evening is set to be of an excellent standard as people have been attending for years and the Coventry Cathedral Chorus are yet to disappoint. They’ll be performing a variety of Christmas songs from appropriate hymns to the classics we all love and adore. I spoke to Hazel Allen, Chair of Coventry Cathedral Chorus and Paul Leddington Wright, Musical Director of Coventry Cathedral Chorus.
