Thanks to new Government funding schemes, privately owned housing, rented homes and social housing are all seeing improvements which are helping to reduce energy bills for residents in Tile Hill. Work is part way through in Tile Hill and many homes are already benefiting from the improvements. Woodlands ward Councillor, Steven Thomas said that some residents are now paying half what they used to on their energy bills! As well as improving energy efficiency, the exteriors of these homes are also receiving make-overs, making them look more modern and pleasing on the eye.
